This session is meant for administrators, PLS or any teacher lead who helps facilitate team meetings. The goals of the session are to shift the culture of school performance from the individual to the team. It will focus on Amplifying the Impact of the collective over the individual with a hope to create synergy and connection. We will be discussing a Solution Tree plan of action as part of the presentation as well.

This session will introduce you to your essential school district resource partners, including Re-Engagement Specialist for Chronic Absenteeism, Re-Engagement Specialists for Dropout Intervention, our Court Liaison, and our Attendance Specialist, who will also outline our critical community and court partners. We will outline the protocols and processes for promoting positive student attendance, student re-engagement and dropout prevention at all levels.
