This session focuses on how leaders can guide staff in using Tier 1 classroom structures to support both intervention and extension within core instruction. Participants will identify high-leverage structures, consider what they look like in secondary classrooms, and develop a plan to support consistent implementation across teams. The goal is to strengthen core instruction so more students’ needs are met without relying on separate interventions.
